From My Experience

The biggest lesson I share with my clients is to source their henna carefully. Always choose 100% pure, body-art quality henna. Avoid “compound hennas” from unknown brands, as these are the products most likely to contain metallic salts and other additives that cause disastrous chemical reactions.

I also see a common misconception about gray coverage. While henna covers gray hair beautifully, the coverage on resistant white hairs can be more translucent. It often creates a beautiful, highlighted effect rather than a solid block of color, which many of my clients end up loving.
