Most people miss this: Your hair care routine directly impacts your hair’s growth cycle, not just its appearance.

Think of your scalp like the soil for a plant. Healthy soil grows healthy plants. Your hair care routine should always start with scalp health, as this is where new hair is born.

I see many clients who only focus on the hair they can see. They’re shocked when I explain that a flaky, itchy scalp can stunt growth. A clean, balanced scalp is the foundation you can’t afford to ignore.

When Hair Care Products Betray Your Hair

Using the wrong products can create a cycle of damage. Heavy silicones and waxes build up, blocking moisture from getting in. This makes hair feel dry, so you use more product, creating more buildup.
