Damage accumulation is the gradual weakening of your hair’s structure caused by repeated exposure to damaging factors. It’s a slow build-up of harm that your hair can’t fully repair, leading to visible breakage, dullness, and a rough feel.

Most people miss this: damage isn’t just about big mistakes. It’s the small, daily stresses that add up over time, like a glass filling drop by drop until it overflows. I see this constantly in my practice where clients are unaware of their hair’s breaking point.

How Damage Accumulation Unfolds in Your Hair
