I’ve found many don’t realize its curved shape actually matches the head’s contour – this lets you rotate it smoothly as you move around the client.

Why Balayage Boards Prevent Sticky Situations

The board’s plastic surface stops bleach or dye from soaking through foils onto other sections. Think of it like a raincoat for your work surface – liquids bead up instead of seeping through. I see fewer stained capes in my clinic since we started using these religiously.
